About Us:

This business specialises in cutting-edge solutions for the retail environment and are currently seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join as a Project Coordinator.

Key Responsibilities:

Additionally, you will conduct daily follow-ups on installation progress, create field service tickets, and maintain regular communication with third-party vendors, customers, and logistics providers.

Your role will also involve monitoring stock and spare parts of third-party contractors, adhering to standard operating procedures, and performing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Qualification & Requirements:

Minimum 2+ years of experience preferable, related to the retail environment.
Ideally Prince2 certification or other project management qualification.
Experience in managing client information in a CRM platform (ideally Microsoft Dynamics)
Strong communication and collaboration skills are a must to ensure cooperation and positive results.
Retail experience would be advantageous.
Proficient Microsoft Office.
Ability to write reports and correspondence.
Attention to detail, adaptability, and excellent time management skills.
