The Opportunity & Requirements
***We are looking for motivated and experienced Supervisors for our busy mobile teams to work throughout the Brisbane area. The successful applicant must have the ability and desire to be a hands-on mentor, training team members to achieve safety, quality and efficiency in every aspect of their day-to-day tasks, while remaining a great motivator and coach.

In this role, you will coordinate, manage, and monitor maintenance teams. Working closely with Contract Managers, Operations Managers in administrative and client communications. Superior judgement and a flair for problem solving are essential, along with valuing high standards, and strong work ethic.

We love a positive, can-do attitude Along with this, you will need:

Previous experience in a similar role in Horticulture industry
essential:
Commercial mowing experience
White Construction Industry Card
Current and valid manual drivers licence
Reliable, punctual and hard working
Well presented with good communication skills
Passion for providing high level customer service
Enjoy working as part of a team
Physically fit

You will be responsible for:

Strong commitment to safe work practices
Comply with relevant safety legislation
Assist in development of safe work practices
Performance reviews
Hazard and incident reporting
Raise WHS issues to the State Manager or WHS Advisor
Ensure contractors have completed WHS Induction
Attend/and or conduct scheduled toolbox meetings
Conduct and report on WHS inspections
Participate in WHS Audits as required
