They are seeking a motivated and experienced Product Owner with specialized knowledge in Card Management to join their dynamic team.

As a Product Owner, you will play a critical role in defining and delivering their card management products and services.

You will work closely with stakeholders to understand requirements, prioritize features, and drive the product roadmap. This position offers an exciting opportunity to lead the development of innovative solutions that enhance our card management capabilities.


Responsibilities:


  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define the vision and roadmap for card management products and services.
  • Gather and analyze market trends, user feedback, and business requirements to inform product decisions.
  • Develop and maintain a prioritized backlog of features and enhancements based on business value and customer impact.
  • Work closely with crossfunctional teams including developers, Analyst, Quality Engineers to ensure timely delivery of features.
  • Define user stories and acceptance criteria to guide development efforts.
  • Conduct regular meetings with stakeholders to review progress, solicit feedback, and adjust priorities as needed.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for any card managementrelated queries or issues.
  • Stay updated on industry standards, regulations, and best practices related to card management.
  • Drive continuous improvement through datadriven insights and iteration on existing features.

Requirements:


  • 46 years of experience as a Product Owner or similar role, preferably in the fintech or banking industry.
  • Strong understanding of card management systems, including issuance, processing, and lifecycle management.
  • Extensive experience in Agile & familarity with HCD techniques.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex concepts to technical and nontechnical audiences.
  • Demonstrated ability to prioritize competing demands and work independently in a fastpaced environment.
  • Experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and tools such as Jira or Trello.
  • Analytical mindset with a focus on datadriven decisionmaking.
  • Proven track record of successfully delivering complex projects from conception to launch.
  • Experience with digital wallets, tokenization, or mobile payment technologies.
  • Knowledge of APIs and integration strategies for card management systems.
