About the Role:

Provide business partnering support to facility and cost centre management on performance reporting, budgeting, forecasting, available funding and other financial management issues enhancing financial, operational, and clinical outcomes.
Support the development of operational planning processes and reporting in an activitybased funding environment.
Prepare accurate, insightful, and timely performance reports in a monthly cycle that facilitate effective decision making by key stakeholders and enhances the continuous financial improvement of services at QEII Hospital.
Support the oversight of Service Level Agreement recurrent and noncurrent funding arrangements, including activitybased funding and the Department of Health service contract obligations, and manage funding alignment at a cost centre budget level.
Support the preparation of regular fullyear forecasts identifying potential differences when compared to annual budget targets, to inform key stakeholders about expected financial and activity targets. In addition, develop recommendations to enhance financial performance and maintain overall budget integrity based on forecast results.
