now part of a huge global collaboration with design and manufacturers with a history going back

over 100 years.

The customer Service team are on fire, they are all about working together, supporting each other and their Customer Service Manger has an outstanding track record in developing her staff.

You'll be involved in the daytoday tasks for Customer Service, order entry and administration._
Using your excellent communication and drive as well as strong relationship building skills both_

- internally and externally._

Your day to day will include:

Ensuring a high level of customer service is delivered, processing customer orders from beginning to end
Assessing product availability, scheduling deliveries, and coordinating dispatch with relevant parties
Invoicing and creating purchase orders, responding to customer questions
Complaint handling and resolution, processing credits and returns if needed
Working and liaising with the Sydney and Queensland branches where needed

What we are looking for:

Excellent Customer Service skills professional phone manner and strong written communication
A friendly, helpful, and positive attitude with the willingness to take on new challenges
Experience in a manufacturing environment
Proficiency with a large ERP platform preferably SAP and/or Movex

The team has a great sense of humour, and they are backed by a supportive management team you will just love
