Salary $33 per hour plus Super

  • ASAP Start 2 weeks with possible extension
  • Based in Malaga
Delivering consistently excellent customer service and first "call" resolution on every interaction with a customer is their goal.

Your key responsibilities in the role include:

  • Handling inbound calls/queries relating to services
  • Ability to problem solve and refer queries to the correct department
  • Ability to identify retention issues
  • Ability to work as part of a team assisting coworkers where needed
To be successful in this role you will need to demonstrate:

  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Prior experience working in a Contact Centre environment
  • Strong rapport building and problem solving skills
  • Excellent people skills, with a focus on customer service
  • Have a sense of urgency and be able to multitask and handle matters promptly.
  • A quick learner with a "can do" attitude.
The role is a short-term contract with the possibility of an extension, working Monday to Friday 8am to 4pm
