With a contract worth $1.63 billion, the Eastern Tunnelling Package includes construction of 3.5-kilometre tunnels under Sydney Harbour between The Bays and the Sydney CBD, and the excavation of Pyrmont and Hunter Street stations.

Starting at The Bays, tunnel boring machines will cross the harbour near the Anzac Bridge, before heading to the new Pyrmont station and then under Darling Harbour before reaching Hunter Street in the heart of the CBD.

This position will be permanent part time (4 days per week) from our Pyrmont office.

The role

As the Personal Assistant your role will be to provide administrative support, include managing the day-to-day activities for both our Interface and Integration Director and Design Director.

Manage financial records such as expenses, invoices, and purchaser requisitions
Provide Administrative support, such as preparation of correspondence, presentations, marketing material and reports for current and potential customers
Monitor and respond to communications on behalf of the director
Provide accurate information and customer service to the client, external vendors, subcontractors and community stakeholders.

To be successful

Previous experience within a similar role
Experience working within the construction industry will be highly regarded.
Be able to work in a busy and dynamic environment
