Wheaten Hay, Oaten Hay, Barley, Lucerne, Vetch & Cereal Straw.

  • Must have a driver's licence and a reliable vehicle.
  • Previous farming experience is desirable.
We are seeking a dedicated Farm Hand to join our team on a property located just outside Toowoomba, Queensland.

Our farm focuses on growing lucerne, millet, and cereal hay, as well as grain and cattle, both on dryland and irrigated areas.


Responsibilities:


  • Operating a variety of machinery, including Fendt & John Deere tractors, telehandlers, aa G4 Goldacres sprayer, and a Gleaner.
  • Assisting with mowing, raking, conditioning, baling, and all aspects of all hay production.
  • General farm maintenance and repairs.
  • Ensuring all work is conducted safely and efficiently.

Requirements:


  • Previous experience operating AG machinery.
  • Knowledge of hay and grain production practices is highly desirable.
  • Ability to work independently and as a part of a team.
  • Physically fit and be able to work flexible hours depending on the weather.
  • A valid driver's licence is required.
  • A truck license is highly desirable, but not essential.
