Up to 600,000€ per quarter + 25,000€ monthly bonuses capped at 150,000€ per annum + 30,000€ monthly commission for up to 25 years.

Responsibilities:

• Acquiring and onboarding toptier business owners as members of the Westminster Halo Community
• Building and nurturing relationships with new and existing members to ensure their continued satisfaction and engagement with the community
• Ensuring all members provided meet the club's strict criteria of being successful business owners
• Achieving the monthly target of 125 certified members and actively pursuing new opportunities to grow the community
• Representing the Westminster Halo brand and promoting its unique value proposition to potential members

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a broker in the business or finance industry, with a track record of success
• Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills, with the ability to build rapport with highlevel decisionmakers
• Strong networking skills, with the ability to connect with potential members and build mutually beneficial relationships
• Ability to work independently, manage your own schedule, and prioritize tasks effectively
• A drive for success and an unwavering commitment to earning unlimited commission
