Responsibilities and Duties
Should have exposure of Enterprise systems, where different systems are involved in running a business

• Profound knowledge in SF Service, Sales, Marketing, Community and Analytics is a must
• Should be skilled in Test plan creation, Test execution, Test case validation with business
• Should have experience in working with Agile Teams
• Should know the STLC, SDLC
• Hands on experience on SOQL, Executing batches, Executing APEX Jobs
• Should lead defect triaging and defect prioritization meetings with stakeholders
• Should provide an impact analysis on defects raised and mitigate risks
• Should have good knowledge in Selenium, Katalon testing tool
• Should have working knowledge on building Test automation framework, Test data provider methods, BDD, Test Listeners, Code optimization and Code development
• Should lead Test design, test data preparation, test execution and test result report analysis tasks
• Good implementation knowledge in Page object model, PageFactory methods
• Should have basic understanding of CI/CD process
• Awareness on GIT, Bitbucket, Jenkins is most favorable
• Proactive in communicating, coordinating release with Deployment team
• Proactive in engaging or leading in conversations as to unblock the release when a bug arises
• Should lead analysis conversations for the bugs raised by business users in PROD
