Uprety Home Care 'UHC' consists of NSW-based Support Workers and Home Care providing company for people living with disabilities and older Australians who want to live in their homes to keep independence with assessed assistance.

UHC is a registered NDIS provider.

We are looking for an experienced Care Coordinator (preferably Registered Nurse)to join our growing team on a full
- time basis. You will work closely with management, employees, clients and support coordinators.


The role:
We are looking for experienced Care Coordinator with the experience in timesheets.


Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

-Receiving and processing client request.

-Assist with inbound calls relating to rostering of staff based on client request and finalizing rosters for the staff

-Assist with screening applicants and forwarding it to the HR

-Liaising daily with staff and the client

-Liaise with the Care team and the accounts team to prepare weekly timesheet

-Liaising with the Payroll team to ensure timesheet accuracy

-Providing admin support to the UHC Care team

-Documentation of all the interactions

-Manage all the employee files

-Other ad-hoc administration tasks as required

About You:


-To be successful in this role you will possess the following skill:

Must have Police Check

Experienced in rostering and office admin or (HR preferred)

Good phone manner and confident on the phone

Ability to prioritise tasks, time management and work well under pressure

Excellent verbal and written communication

Great attention to detail and an excellent level of accuracy

Experienced customer service skills coupled with patience and commitment

The ability to build and maintain rapport with stakeholders (Participants)

High computer literacy with the knowledge of Microsoft Suite.

Unrestricted working rights in Australia

Conscientious work ethic and time management skills

Previous work n disability sector or NDIS would be highly favorable.

Salary: 50K-60K
