    Online Manager (EA)

    As Online Manager you will be a champion for customer experience, be responsive, solutions-focused and have the ability to think on your feet. You will lead a team of Personal Shoppers who deliver accurate orders for our customers every day.

    About the Role

    Responsibilities:

    • Leading teams across our Online department to put team and customers first through the day-to-day management of online orders
    • Managing and distributing online orders to the team of Personal Shoppers
    • Working cohesively across our Grocery & Fresh Departments
    • Being an advocate for accurate picking and substitutions
    • Ability to pivot and focus on achieving order windows and targets
    • Strong focus on OH&S and safety
    • Delivering key performance metrics and targets across the Online team

    When you will be needed

    This full-time salaried role is best suited to an individual with flexible availability to work early mornings, days and late nights across a fortnightly rotational roster including weekends.
