Exciting opportunity to join our Transport team

As a Transport Business Partner for DHL Supply Chain, you will provide the fastest, most reliable, and secure transport service within the market.

You will actively manage a ledger of transport customers and ensure improvements in service and performance through planning and implementation of strategies.

Your duties will include:

Developing and implementing initiatives to provide market leading service
Providing exceptional and cost efficient service to customers
Perform account management tasks with regard to service and productivity levels and budgetary targets
Ensure the business is meeting operations, regulatory, WHS and environmental obligations
Maintain accurate customer reporting
Resolve Operational issues to ensure a smooth and consistent service to all customers

To be successful in this role, you will have:

Previous experience within a Transport, Supply Chain, Distribution or 3PL environment
Exceptional account management skills with a strong customer focus
The ability to influence with welldeveloped written and verbal communication skills
Knowledge of regulatory and WHS requirements within a Transport environment
Demonstrated skills interpreting and verifying accuracy of data
