Our state government client is looking for an
experienced IT Change Lead to focus on change management, communications and training activities as required to support their internal change program.


Key responsibilities of the role include:

  • Focus on change management, stakeholder analysis, business impact assessments, change plans, communications and training plans
  • Focus on IT transition projects and initiatives to facilitate effective project delivery, informed decision making and focus on business benefits
  • Build relationships with a range of stakeholders across the Department to identify risks and resistance to change; develop and implement management strategies to prevent or minimise impacts to the business.

To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • Strong e
    nterprise level change management experience
  • Must have worked on large scale ICT program and project deliverables
  • Prior Government experience is a bonus
  • Certification in
    Change Management /PROSCI is a bonus
