We are excited to be looking for an experienced Warehouse Manager to join our Lovehoney AU Warehouse.

You will be responsible for coordinating and managing our AU Warehouse including overseeing all local goods in operations and accurate order fulfilment.

You will use your experience of running a warehouse to ensure operations are always done in the most cost effective and efficient way possible.

You will be a strong leader, influencing and inspiring your team towards delivery and continuous improvement.

Reporting into the Global Head of Warehousing, you will work closely with them to plan for our peak trading periods, staffing needs and implement global policies and procedures into our AU site.

You will also work closely with our UK based Facilities and EHS Manager to ensure our AU site is always safe and compliant.

You will be willing to be flexible with timings for global meetings and taking into consideration different time zones.

Working pattern is Monday to Friday, 38 hours typically worked between 8am - 6pm.


Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the AU Warehouse including AU Warehouse staff, stock activities, returns, product reworks and ensuring all orders are dispatched to domestic and international customers in line with our postal promises
• Analysis of daily forecast estimates (updated biweekly) vs actuals to ensure accurate staffing requirements and stock levels
• Prepare all Peak planning alongside the Head of Global Warehousing and implement successfully to ensure the smooth day to day running of our AU Warehouse over Peak events
• Responsible for setting yearly KPIs for all Operatives in the AU Warehouse with support from our Global Performance Manager
• Ensuring all AU stock is managed in an efficient and costeffective way: working with Teams on site and other global departments
• Weekly catch ups with AU Seniors to ensure consistency and strong comms across all AU Operations
• Implement systems and processes striving for continuous improvement
• Responsible for managing AU rolling Stock Takes and local auditor contact
• Sign off payroll data such as overtime, casual hours and AU bonus levels
• Constant review of AU Warehouse space: optimising shelving plan, work areas, staff facilities and any external storage
• Implementing HR requirements and dealing with the AU Seniors support of staff compliance on a daily basis
• Renegotiating contracts for AU packaging and support with other thirdparty suppliers as required including postal services
• Ensure our AU site is safe, clean and a suitable environment to get the best out of our staff
• Send all order forecast and order splits to Carriers, plan in collections and deal with any SLA issues

Skill, Knowledge and Expertise:

• 35 years' experience of working as a Warehouse / Operations Manager in a similar environment
• A background in HSE would be preferred
• Experience of leading, motivating and coaching teams across various shifts is essential
• A knowledge of HR processes, including recruitment, would be beneficial
• Excellent IT skills are required: working across various different IT systems built in house and externally
• Able to work independently, under pressure, in a fast paced environment, to strict deadlines
• Excellent communication and influencing skills, positive and open approach collaborating with team members and business stakeholders across all global sites
