Luxury interior design company delivering high end projects. With a social culture, they're looking for another positive personality to join the team.

Ideally, you will have an interest or background in the design industry.


The role:


You will take responsibility for a broad range of activities, ensuring the smooth running of the office and its facilities.

You will also liaise with client in-person and over the phone.


Duties will include:


  • Manage mainline calls, welcome visitors and guests to the office, sort mail and deliveries
  • Maintain order and cleanliness in kitchen area
  • Manage invoices
  • Support IT requirements
  • Assist to organise events, order catering etc

About you:


  • 2 years experience in a similar office role
  • A sociable, positive personality and eagerness to help
  • Confident communication skills
  • Strong MS Office skills, and ability to learn new software and systems quickly
  • Good attention to detail and able to prioritise own workload
