South East suburbs- Salary $65$70k + super

The role:
You will take responsibility for a broad range of activities, ensuring the smooth running of the office and its facilities.
Duties will include:
- Manage mainline calls, welcome visitors and guests to the office, sort mail and deliveries
- Maintain order and cleanliness in kitchen area
- Manage invoices
- Support IT requirements
- Assist to organise events, order catering etc
About you:
- 2 years experience in a similar office role
- A sociable, positive personality and eagerness to help
- Confident communication skills
- Strong MS Office skills, and ability to learn new software and systems quickly
- Good attention to detail and able to prioritise own workload
