    This is a powerhouse multi office network Comprised of the most successful commercial agents across Sydney, this is one of the largest sales and leasing teams that benefit from their multiple office network. Providing a bespoke customer service to achieve superior results, this team of professionals have been trusted with every sized commercial, industrial and retail premises across a number of investors and developers. Currently seeking an Executive Assistant/Project Marketing to this high performing agent based in the St George Area.

    The Role:

    Monday - Friday, you will act as the "glue" of the unit and as the focal point for communications. This role requires you to be the eyes and ears to a busy individual:

    • Marketing for all upcoming projects
    • Provide administrative support around sales process
    • Real-time data entry in CRM system
    • Prepare for listing presentations
    • Administer properties through the sale process
    • Ensure accurate compliance of documentation associated with listing and selling properties
    • At the direction of this successful agent, contact and consult with valuers, building/pest inspectors, council and solicitors, to ensure the smooth progress of sale and all appointments are on time and efficiently run
    • Liaise with Vendors, tenants, outside agencies to arrange access and prepare the property for a photo shot
    • Prepare all pre-auction sales summaries, auction packs and original contracts
    • Undertake pre-settlement inspections
    • Ad hoc administration duties



    The Candidate:

    • We are looking for a strong administrator This is a role supporting a top performing team
    • Must have Project marketing experience
    • Confident and Flexible
    • Ability to think outside the square
    • Excellent Communication skills both written and verbal
    • Be ambitious
    • Excellent work ethic and personal drive
