    Description

    We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head of Marketing - Project Management and Coordination to lead our marketing initiatives and ensure effective project management and coordination within the marketing department.

    The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with excellent organizational skills and a proven track record of successfully managing marketing projects from inception to completion.

    What You'll Do In Your New RoleDevelop and execute comprehensive marketing plans in alignment with company objectives and goals
    Collaborate closely with senior-level management to develop strategies and plans
    Establish project timelines, milestones, and deliverables, and ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget
    Monitor and track project progress, identify potential risks or issues, and implement corrective actions as needed to ensure successful outcomes
    Lead marketing professionals, providing guidance, direction, and support to ensure the successful implementation of marketing strategies
    Lead digital marketing initiatives, including global Sites, SEO Development, Landing Pages, and social media, email marketing.
    Plan and schedule promotional email campaigns for social trading initiatives, ensuring alignment with overall marketing objectives
    Oversee the development of marketing collateral, including print materials, digital assets, and multimedia content, to support brand awareness and lead generation efforts
    Conduct market research and analysis to identify emerging trends, competitive threats, and growth opportunities, and incorporate findings into marketing strategies
    Analyze marketing performance metrics and KPIs, and provide regular reports and insights to senior management to inform decision-making and drive continuous improvement
    Facilitate discussions with relevant stakeholders regarding the Global Marketplace, addressing logistical details and any legal considerations
    Provide marketing support across the company as requiredRequirementsA Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
    Minimum of 8 years of digital marketing experience in the financial services industry
    Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management and people management
    Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate across teams
    Strong organizational and time-management abilities, with acute attention to detail
    Proficient in project management tools and software
    Able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously

    Preferred Qualifications:
    Project management certification such as PMP or CAPM
    Previous experience in the financial or trading industry
