_Recruitment Coordinator _to join the Power Generation and Mining Team in Brisbane. As the Recruitment Coordinator you are responsible for the provision of a range of operational support and recruitment administrative services in a high performing team that is largely project driven, recruiting and onboarding 3000+ employees every year.
Reporting to the Recruitment Lead you are also responsible for:
- Working with Recruitment Business Partners and the Recruitment Lead to ensure all operational resourcing requirements are met in a timely fashionAssist with telephone screening and reference checking-
- Assist with all other compliance checks, medical bookings and contract requests-
- Participate in and champion HR projects targeting continuous improvement-
- Promote UGL's 'One HSE' Culture-
- You will work with diverse teams and be responsible for creating an environment where great ideas are heard, and everyone looks out for one another
Ideally you will have: - 1-2 years' minimum experience in a similar roleHigh attention to detail-
- Advanced skills with MS Office, especially MS Excel-
- Previous experience in a busy environment with the demonstrated ability to balance and prioritise multiple conflicting deadlines
