We are looking for driven, energetic and diverse Product Specialist / Product Manager to join their High Voltage Products team in Lilydale.


In this role as a Product Specialist / Product Manager, you will be responsible for digital and controller product solutions, overseeing all aspects of the respective products/system life cycle.

This includes (but not limited to) identification of market needs and product development requirements, product launch activities, strategic planning and roadmap development, and managing direct or indirect resources to accomplish identified goals.

Responsibilities:


  • Providing technical leadership and direction product portfolio and support customer implementation activities.
  • Identifying and coordinate funding and resources required to achieve product development objectives.
  • Providing technical, training, and production support as required.
  • Translating the analysis into business plans and strategies in line with line with global product line priorities.

Requirements:


  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Electrical, Electronic, Computer Science, Robotics/Mechatronics)
  • Solid understanding with electrical systems
  • Experience in leading product development projects highly valued
  • Embedded and PC based software languages experience
  • Programming and communication protocols, advantageous
  • Basic knowledge of business financial and commercial aspects to track project planned costs vs. actual
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to meet deadlines
  • High attention to detail
  • Able to work autonomously and part of a team
