The Role:
Responsibilities in this role involves the following:
- Create, maintain, and update schedules for current and upcoming works from quotation to completion.
- Coordinate with clients to establish job requirements, timelines and allocate appropriate resources.
- Monitor project progress and provide status updates and reports to management and clients.
To be Successful:
- Minimum 1 year experience in an administrative or similar role
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Have welldeveloped computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office package
- Ability to prioritise a variable workload in a fast paced environment
