With an ever expanding portfolio across multiple channels and a reputation for developing their people internally, an exciting opportunity has arisen for a highly skilled Product Manager to join their team.
The Role:
As Product Manager, you will have strategic & tactical ownership of all Marketing activities related to your portfolio of market leading Surgical Consumables & Sterilisation products.
Duties:
- Develop & implement effective strategies resulting in MS growth of portfolio
- Partner with key internal & external stakeholders
- Translate customer insights into actions
- Identify KOLs in prep for product launches
- Foecasting/Pricing in support of tenders & contracts processes
- Lifecycle management of the portfolio
Qualifications/Experience:
- Previous Product Management experience ideally within Medical Devices
- Demonstrated understanding of hopsital channel
- Exposure to surgical setting adv.
- Product launch experience adv.
- Superior business partnering capabilities
- Digital Marketing skills adv.
- Superior financial acumen forecsting/pricing/inventory
- Strong Markete Research & Analytics capabilities
- Hospital Contract/Tender experience adv.
- Collaborative approach
