You will be joining an established Commercial construction company who carry out New Build, Fit Out and Refurbishment projects across the Commercial, Education, Health Care, Hospitality and Industrial sectors.

They operate across Sydney, Melbourne and Brisbane and offer a great culture and supportive environment which will give you the opportunity to develop your skills and progress your career.

They are currently looking to bring on a Project Coordinator to join their young and dynamic team.

The Role:

In this role you will be given the opportunity to learn and support your Project Manager on projects within the Commercial Fit Out and New Build markets.

This role would suit someone who has been working as a CA/PC (in relevant markets) who is looking to develop their skills into a full Project Manager role.

Duties will include:_
Detailed project programming
Procurement
Contract administration
Subcontractor scheduling
Managing Fit Out/Refurbishment projects with the guidance of a Senior PM and Supervisor
Client & stakeholder communication
You will need to be able to use your own initiative and be open to learning things as you go
