We are looking for a suitably qualified Environmental Health Officer (EHO) to join our team, which deals with a wide range of environmental health matters, in residential, rural, commercial and industrial precincts.

This role offers a unique opportunity to get experience in all aspects of environmental health, while being part of a large team of professional EHOs.

A Bachelor of Science (Environmental Health) or equivalent qualification and an unrestricted 'C' class driver's licence are essential.

  • Qualifications approved by the Chief Health Officer under section 18 of the _Public Health Act 2016 (WA)_
  • Experience in the Environmental Health field
  • Experience in dealing with noise matters, including ability to be appointed under section 87 and 88 of the _Environmental Protection Act 1986 (WA)_
  • Highly developed customer service skills.
We are offering a gross salary range between
$88,929 - $95,469 per annum (depending on skills and experience), and:

  • 11% superannuation with the option to co-contribute up to a further 5%
