Description
We are now looking for 2 Assistant Spa Managers in the Mornington Peninsula and in Werribee.You will be a part of a holistic wellness and spa operation with added services from concierges, functions, reception, F&B and accommodation
Assistant Spa Manager-
Supervising of treatments rooms and directing operational functions
Reporting to the Spa Manger
Assisting in all promotions and schedules
Review, revise & direct sales & marketing concepts
Involvement into budgets & controlling cost factors
Coach & mentor staff including reception
Maintain all SOP's & quality standards
Driving all retail activities
Ensuring the highest standards throughout the Spa at all times
Hands-on trainer and mentor
Excellent guest contact skills
