About the roleWhat's the gig?
The Community Fundraising Lead will develop, deliver and manage ACF's Community Fundraising, Workplace Giving and Peer to Peer fundraising programs, including the development and execution of a brand-new signature event.
This is your opportunity to engage with the passionate supporters of ACF and build a community of nature loving peer to peer fundraisers by shaping an event that inspires people to participate, contributing to the amazing work ACF do to speak out and stand up for our beautiful forests, rivers and wildlife.
About you
We are looking for someone with proven experience initiating, developing and rolling out successful fundraising events and who knows how to motivate people towards a common goal.
You know how to deliver fundraising programs on time and within budget and you love working with people and pulling together all the pieces to produce fundraising campaigns that get people talking.
You are an engaging and inspiring communicator and have seen success in previous roles due to your ability to build strong relationships and bring people along with you.
You're organised, able to work to deadlines, and you can translate fundraising strategy into operational decisions.Your colleagues would describe you as energetic and always willing to try something new, working with a high degree of autonomy, self-motivation and initiative.
Relevant qualifications in marketing, fundraising, event management, customer relationship management or similar are desirable.Why work for us?
