Role Description:

Develop clear and effective lesson plans tailored to the needs and levels of students.

Attend staff meetings and collaborate with other teachers and administrators.
Research, develop, or adapt teaching materials and resources.
Make use of technology, like language learning apps or platforms, to supplement teaching.
Offer guidance to students on their language learning journey.
Provide support for students facing challenges, both academic and personal.
Organize or participate in language clubs, English corners, or conversation partners programs.
Regularly assess the efficacy of teaching methods and materials.
Make necessary adjustments based on student feedback and performance.
