About our Opportunity


As a valued member of our Customer Service team, you will be a part of a professional and close-knit team where customer service is at the forefront of every interaction.

You will act as the liaison point between customers and internal departments, providing a clear flow of information by responding to inquiries, at times managing difficult conversations, troubleshooting solutions to improve the customer experience, and meeting the requirements of the customer.

You're a specialist support to our customers, you will enjoy being constantly challenged in this role laying invaluable foundations to grow and take your career in any direction you wish within a brand that is a part of a global organisation.


In addition, you will:

  • Process quotes, place orders into our ERP system
  • Schedule deliveries

About You


Ideally, you'll have customer service experience, be self-motivated, have the initiative to participate in our comprehensive training, and demonstrates a willingness to learn, as this is a stepping stone to progress into future opportunities within internal sales and sales representative roles.


We're looking for a team player who has the desire to contribute to a positive work environment, who is agile, methodical with highly developed interpersonal skills with the ability to adapt their communication style to the needs of the internal and external customers.

You'll need to be pragmatic in your approach to providing quality customer service with the capability of lateral thinking when resolving problems that arise.

In addition, you will bring

  • Competency in using MS Office Suite
  • Pride yourself on thoroughness and attention to detail
  • Exceptional time management enabling to effectively manage competing priorities
  • Previous experience in the manufacturing or building industry would be advantageous
  • Outstanding communication skills
  • Work autonomously
  • Dependable, punctual, and able to work Mon-Fri 8:00 am4:30 pm
