As a property manager at our agency, you'll have the chance to make a difference in the lives of our landlords, tenants, and tradespeople

Your responsibilities will include:

Conducting inspections (entry, routine, exit)
Coordinating repairs and maintenance requests
Preparing leases and proactively managing lease renewals
Assisting with marketing and advertising properties
Attending to landlords, tradespeople, and tenants' queries
General administration duties

To be successful in this role, you'll need to have the following:

A current Real Estate Agents Certificate or License
A valid driver's license and access to a vehicle
Strong communication and administration skills
A 'cando' attitude and the ability to work independently with excellent time management skills

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent

Salary:
$65, $85,000.00 per year
