Selection Criteria:

Demonstrated capacity to lead and display educational leadership during the implementation of new curriculum reforms with evidenceinformed literacy and numeracy practices to improve teaching, learning and assessment.
An open, visible and approachable leader with outstanding organisation, communication and interpersonal skills, who empowers staff and builds positive relationships and balances the dual roles of exemplary classroom teacher and community leader.
Demonstrated ability to lead Aboriginal education across the school and the wider community and ensure Aboriginal histories and cultures are authentically embedded by staff across all teaching and learning programs.
Proven ability to facilitate, manage and support whole school wellbeing practices that result in enhanced student engagement and positive school culture.
Demonstrated experience to lead and drive a culture of researchinformed pedagogy, student engagement and high potential and gifted education including domains of potential.

General Selection Criteria:

Successful teaching experience with capacity to initiate improvement in teaching, learning and classroom practice

Educational leadership skills to build the capacity and manage the performance of individuals and teams 4.
