The Sposa Group is an iconic name in the bridal industry which strives to deliver a dream gown to every bride.

With over 400 beautiful and diverse gowns in our Sydney boutique with new designs arriving to the store weekly.

About the Role

As Store Manager you will be the face of the brand, a hands-on leader and a dedicated driven salesperson.

You will be required to lead a highly motivated team of sales associates, maintaining store standards, stock control and ensure a boutique is functional at all times.

You will engage, inspire and motivate our team to achieve outstanding customer service and sales targets.

Skills & Experience

Management experience in a retail environment, Bridal experience highly desirable

Strong leadership and communication skills

Ability to drive a team to meet their sales budgets and KPI's

Possess a great and approachable personality

Have a passion for all things Bridal, Fashion and Creative

A confident and sales driven manager who is prepared to improve the store and take it to the next level


Responsibilities:

Develop business strategies to raise our customers' pool, expand store traffic and optimize profitability

Meet sales goals by training, motivating, mentoring and providing feedback to sales staff

Ensure high levels of customers satisfaction through excellent service

Complete store administration and ensure compliance with policies and procedures

Maintain outstanding store condition and visual merchandising standards

Report on buying trends, customer needs, profits etc

Propose innovative ideas to increase market share

Conduct personnel performance appraisals to assess training needs and build career paths

Deal with all issues that arise from staff or customers (complaints, grievances etc)

Be a shining example of well behavior and high performance

Additional store manager duties as needed

Salary:
$65, $75,000.00 per year


Schedule:

• 8 hour shift

Supplemental pay types:

• Commission

Experience:

• Sales/retail: 3 years (preferred)
• Retail management: 2 years (preferred)
