What you will bring to AECOM

Qualifications:
About you
- To perform this role, it is essential that the person identify as an Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander person. It is therefore a genuine occupational requirement under section 25 of the Anti-Discrimination Act 1991._
Ideally, you will have:
- Two to five years' experience in a similar role, preferably in a similar sized or larger organisation to AECOM
- Demonstrated understanding of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples and cultures and working knowledge of current issues and trends that affect Indigenous communities and individuals
- Ability to take on new opportunities and tough challenges with a sense of urgency, high energy and enthusiasm
- Demonstrated experience in supporting strong working relationships both internally and externally
- Ability to influence and guide internal processes in support of Indigenous talent identification and retention.
