Manager Signalling Engineering Delivery with strong railway signalling delivery background.
This role will lead a team through key programs of work within our Rail Signalling Engineering function as Queensland Rail is going through an exciting transformation and growth phase across our rail network.
This role will work in collaboration and report directly into our Senior Manager Signalling Engineering, as part of the leadership team you will play a key role in the delivery of our capital projects and the broader operational and maintenance activities within Signalling Engineering.

Some of the key focuses in this role:
- Manage the program delivery and coordination of signalling engineering activities in conjunction with Project Managers.
- Provide leadership to the project team Coordinators, Managers and external stakeholders in technical delivery of rail signalling projects.
- Support team member efficiency and productivity through team building initiatives and development programs.
- Develop and support continuous project improvement initiates across immediate team and broader Signalling Engineering teams.
About you:
- Skill in the delivery of signalling programs and project management methodologies within a large multidisciplinary operating environment.
- Leadership skills in the effective management of a project team.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to easily foster positive business relationships across varying business functions.
- Effective decision making about technical rail signalling program delivery strategies, performance monitoring and governance.
- Enthusiasm to solve problems.
