The Role

As the Supervisor of the Group Services teams and Volunteers, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless operation of Astley Care's Day Club and Social Groups.

our Day Club is a vibrant hub filled with laughter and camaraderie. It's a place where our clients relish in a variety of recreational activities, entertainment, and social outings. We take pride in fostering an environment where everyone feels supported and can truly be themselves.

Your role will be essential in maintaining this wonderful atmosphere.

Alongside overseeing our outing programs, you'll be the go-to person for managing new client referrals, coordinating care plans, and ensuring we're always in line with Aged Care Quality Standards and Astley Care's policies and procedures.

We offer a competitive salary inclusive of salary packaging benefits up to $15,900 per annum, acknowledging your experience and fit to the Astley Care team.

Selection Criteria:

We're on the lookout for someone with considerable experience in leading a dynamic and imaginative team, especially in a day centre or group social setting, ideally with older clients.

But here's the fun part - we want your creativity to shine through

You will also need to be proficient at using IT systems including MS Office, client management systems & work-related apps.
