Part of the Patterson Cheney Group, Patterson Cheney Isuzu UTE is expanding the sales team, and we are currently seeking highly motivated and driven individuals to join the dealership located in Keysborough.

If you have a knack for building relationships, a passion for selling automobiles, and a drive to succeed, we want to hear from you

Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain strong customer relationships through excellent communication and customer service skills.
Understand customer needs and recommend suitable Isuzu Ute vehicles that meet their requirements.
Conduct product demonstrations and test drives to showcase the features and benefits of our Isuzu Ute range.
Negotiate pricing and financing options that align with customer budgets and preferences.
Collaborate with our finance and insurance team to ensure smooth sales transactions.
Stay uptodate with product knowledge and industry trends to effectively address customer inquiries.
Consistently achieve or exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs

Requirements:

Proven experience in automotive sales or a related field is highly desirable.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build rapport with customers
Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities
A genuine interest and passion for automobiles
A valid driver's license is required
Flexibility to work weekends and public holidays, as required
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
