Do you have an eye for spotting and recruiting new talent? If yes, Easy Authoring is seeking an experienced Talent Advisor to work in the HR team for a large government department.


PURPOSE OF THE ROLE:

As a Talent Advisor, you will be expected to deliver contemporary and customer-focused talent acquisition solution services. Support the ongoing development of best practice talent policies, programs, tools, reporting and governance. This role necessitates a customer-centric and highly responsive approach to identify, attract, and onboard talent efficiently and effectively.


KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:


  • Build and maintain strong ongoing working relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Partner with HR Business Partners and Hiring Managers to provide expert advice for positions and ensure outcomes are delivered on time, within budget and to required KPI's.
  • Provide endtoend executive recruitment services, from initial job brief stage to final onboarding stage, keeping with both the NSW Government Sector Employment Regulation (GSE Act). and best practice guidelines.
  • Provide expert advice to managers on fitforpurpose talent acquisition strategies to close capability gaps and support informed selection choices in keeping with the organisation's employee value proposition.
  • Work with thirdparty providers such as GovConnect, MyCareer, Advertising Providers, External Recruitment Agencies, Public Service Commission and other NSW Government agencies to support seniorlevel managers and employees [RP1]with operational payroll/recruitment/onboarding activities.
  • Identify and analyse emergent issues, resourcing data and statistics, metrics, and trends to inform internal mobility and workforce resourcing activities and planning; prepare reports and submissions, and present information to support workforce decision making.

ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS:


  • Experience in the endtoend recruitment life cycle and selection processes and procedures.
  • Broad understanding of recruitment legislation fundamentals and talent acquisition best practices, including an awareness of the GSE Act.
  • Demonstrated solid working experience and skills with HR systems and/or recruitment management systems, including Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
