Position Summary

Our consultants are responsible for the day to day delivery of engagements as engagement leads or will contribute as a member of a delivery team.

Consultants are also responsible for:

• Development of deliverables and technical solutions as part of their engagements;
• Responsible for providing technical/consulting support to sales people for the development of solutions and proposals for clients;
• Engage with stakeholders for the delivery of services;
• Directly responsible for the management of services delivered to their assigned clients; Senior Consultants will also assist with the development of proposals for clients.
• Engaging in discussions related to Tech stack and assessing various tools that meet project requirements, performing in depth analysis and implementing the outcome.
• Designing and documenting test related artifacts in Confluence/Jira, organising and delivering progress showcases for business stake holders.
• Running and deploying DevOps pipelines with the latest code, executing automation tests on various environments, and debugging code failures/test failures from the pipeline and recording the pipeline results.
• Deploying of code to higher environments once the code is ready from the Dev and Test side, preparing Production release documentation
• Run Sheet, TSR and walkthrough with the right business stakeholders before deployment.
• Identifying manual scenarios, performing test execution for manual and automation cases, and raising manual defects in Jira + automation defects via Zephyr integration tool, maintain the source code with version control tool and run the tests within a CI/CD pipeline like GoCD.
• Participate in debugging and RCA discussions, highlighting and raising risks with business stakeholders post internal discussions with scrum team.
• Provide Subject Matter Expertise (SME) assistance to sales team by meeting with clients and demonstrating our abilities and understanding of technical expertise and enterprise environments;
• Engage with client project teams to assist with development of longterm relationships of client staff;
• Working in Agile environments, engaging in three amigos analyse the effort requirement, understand the functional and end to end scenarios. Participate in sprint planning, daily stand up, Sprint Retro in line with SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle) and release activities.
• Designing test scenarios and updating existing automated test scenarios for functional, performance and end to end frameworks. Use industry level tools to integrate and verify or support tests and test outcomes like CyberDuck, dbeaver, kubectl. Promote/deploy the tests to higher environments in pipeline and verify/debug the execution results.
• Completing test execution and ensuring readiness of stories for release to production, participate in release discussions, collating test results, updating test summary report and debugging issues with team if any during test execution in lower environments.

Salary:
$85, $130,000.00 per year
