About the role


Redcape Hotel Group is seeking a committed & passionate hospitality professional to join one of a number of Gaming Leadership Teams near the M5 Corridor.

You will assist your Gaming Manager to successfully run the business' gaming related operations in a hands-on role that includes FOH and BOH duties.

Duties and Responsibilities


The purpose of this role is to support your Gaming Manager & Venue Manager with the day-to-day gaming related business operations.


The key responsibilities for this role will include:

  • Leading a team of gaming staff, as we strive to offer outstanding customer experiences.
  • Ensuring we maintain exceptional venue standards in relation to cleanliness and presentation.
  • Creating and nurturing a positive work environment so that all team members can thrive.
  • Fulfil a variety of rotating rostered shifts including opens, mids, closes, weekends and public holidays in conjunction with your Hotel's operating hours.

Salary:
From $78,475.00 per year
