The Role
The

Practice and Engagement Manager is a newly created, permanent full time position. The role is responsible for managing two Membership Coordinators. Strategically, the role is a key advisor to the CEO on membership matters and works closely with colleagues to ensure development and service strategies align with AAPM's plans and activities. Operationally, the P&EM effectively communicates with stakeholder groups; oversees the enhanced performance of a small, dedicated team; and maintains efficient administrative systems.-
About You

As a senior member of the AAPM management team, you will bring:
Experience in a membership management or services role coupled with proven success in identifying and implementing strategies for membership growth, retention and satisfaction
An understanding of, or relevant experience working in the health and/or allied sector is highly desirable
Prior team leadership and management skill and the desire and ability to develop others to meet and exceed service and performance objectives
Developed written and verbal communication, interpersonal, time management and stakeholder relationship building skills
A demonstrated commitment to continued improvement for self and others for the advancement of the organisation

Work Arrangements, Salary & Benefits

P&EM is a permanent full time role, Monday

Friday 8.30am 5.00pm. The role is based in Melbourne's CBD and occasional travel within Australia may be required. An attractive salary is negotiable along with career development opportunities and professional development initiatives.
