Job Summary

Gamma Illumination is a leading commercial and architectural Lighting Manufacturer and is seeking a Full-time Internal Sales / Customer Service person to join an existing sales team.

Well established since 1986, the company has grown to be a leader in domestic and international lighting markets, especially in LED lighting.

The successful applicant will need to demonstrate a good sound knowledge of customer service, be self motivated and have good communication skills.

This is an inbound role and incorporates quoting, entering orders, liaising with the factory, warehouse and project team, providing delivery schedules to customers, and coordinating deliveries.

Being part of an existing team, you will fit into a very team orientated culture.

Responsibilities and Duties
Being on the front line it is important that you possess:

Strong customer satisfaction focus
Excellent time management skills
Ability to work with mínimal supervision as well as part of the team

Qualifications and Skills
Previous experience in the Lighting industry would be highly preferable. Alternatively previous experience in the electrical field, sales or customer service would be beneficial.

Benefits and Perks
The role is a full-time office position working from Monday to Friday 9am-5pm.

On site parking is available at the location. Warwick Farm NSW 2170.

This position will be available to start around August to September 2023.

Salary:
$45, $55,000.00 per year
