We are committed to providing innovative solutions and services to our clients. We are currently seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist with Hindi to join our dynamic team.

Responsibilities include:

  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies for supervisory, technical, professional and leadership roles.
  • Conduct interviews and sort through applicants to fill open positions
  • Assess applicants' knowledge, skills, and experience to best suit open positions.
  • Complete paperwork for new hires
  • Capable of business development and client relationship management
  • Input into companies services and future directions
  • Overall values based approach
  • Business and Sales Development to grow targetted portfolio

Requirements:


  • To be successful in this role you will need a combination of the following;
  • Formal qualifications in Human Resources or similar discipline
  • Be able to speak Hindi हिन्दी and other Indian languages an advantage
  • Reasonable level of Communication skills in English, both written and verbal
  • Proven direct experience as a talent acquisition specialist
  • Excellent understanding of recruitment processes
  • Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS)
  • Ability to work independently and also part of a team
  • Strong decisionmaking skills
  • Interest and ability to approach new clients and manage clients ongoing
  • Ability to work cross functionally with HR Consulting professionals
  • Continuous improvement approach to work processes
  • Must have working rights in Australia already established
