Description

The Operations Coordinator is accountable for supporting the maintenance and documentation of Data Centre operations and associated mission - critical infrastructures toward the economy and maximum utilisation of facilities, equipment, and contract resources.


The Operations Coordinator ensures the effective execution of processes and procedures for the uptime of the facilities and all contractor activities and maintains responsibility all Administration and Change Management documentation.

He/she will be reporting to the Facilities Engineering Manager - Chief Engineer.


This role is 7 months Maternity cover

Responsibilities:


  • Attending vendor and customer meetings and distributing meeting minutes and actions.
  • Maintaining Vendor scorecard tracker.
  • Assisting the Property Team as required.
  • Ensure accuracy and a high quality of all data entered in to applicable systems.
  • Coordination and completion of adhoc requests for the Operations Team which includes; Real Estate Management, Technical Operations and Client Services.
  • CMMS Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) schedule data entry, coordination & Customer followup of Change Management approval.
  • Raising change management numbers and assigning assets in CMMS for PPM's.
  • Preparing and controlling documentation for internal and external audits.
  • Inbox management and internal and external correspondence management.
  • Managing all contractual paperwork and compliance documentation. Compiling relevant data and completing monthly and quarterly reports.

Skills and Experience:


  • 5 years' experience in a Critical Environment Operational Coordination role.
  • Competent use of Computerised Maintenance Tools (CMMS, BMS, DCIM).
  • Excellent skillset with Word preparing documentation.
  • Excellent skillset with Excel
  • Trending analysis, pivot charts, formula automations.
  • Ability to prepare and present PowerPoint Presentations.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook, PowerPoint and familiarity with Microsoft Project, Visio or AutoCAD. Familiarity with Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS), Data Centre Infrastructure Management (DCIM), and Customer Portal.
