URGENTLY SEEKING
We seek an experienced Manager to be our new Centre Manager and Nominated Supervisor.
This is a full-time job during weekdays.
You will work with a team of dedicated educators to create a stimulating, positive and inclusive environment that reflects the Early Years Learning Framework whilst maintaining the elements of the National Quality Standards (NQS).
Within a team environment, you will work collaboratively alongside other Educators and will be responsible for observations, programming and evaluating children's development to support their learning outcomes ultimately.
You will also engage with and provide support to families.- Early Childhood Education Diploma (minimum)
- Any experience in Early Childhood Education management
- Knowledge of child development for 25 years old and current practices in Early Childhood Education
- Knowledge of relevant legislation and the elements of the NQF
- Assessment and Rating experience
- Ability to develop partnerships with parents and families
- Ability to establish warm and meaningful relationships with children
- Committed to inclusive Early Childhood practices
- Selfmotivation and initiative
- Highlevel interpersonal, written and oral communication skills
- Team player
- First Aid, Asthma & Anaphylaxis certificate
- A current Working with Children Check
Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent
Salary:
$ $45.00 per hour
Schedule:
- 10 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
