Job Description:

We're a fun and vibrant team hunting for an Assistant Property Manager to support our Ballarat team

We don't mind if you don't have experience because we can easily show you the ropes - having high attention to detail and exceptional communication skills and a proactive "can-do" attitude is what's most important to us


You will be a valued member of our team and the primary purpose of your position will be to support the Senior Property Managers with the daily management of our Ballarat Commercial Property Portfolio.

No two days will be the same and you can expect to become an expert in the following:

  • Lease administration such as lease expiries & renewals, rent reviews, arrears, report generation.
  • Assist with routine inspections.
  • Accounts administration; rental receipting, bond allocation, invoicing, landlord & creditor payments.
  • Coordinate maintenance & quotes when required.
  • Communicate with landlords and tenants when required.
  • Ad hoc administration duties to support the Senior Property Managers.

Qualifications:

  • Exceptional communication skills (both written & verbal) with ability to convey information effectively and resolve disputes if necessary.
  • You have strong time management skills with the ability to multitask in a face paced environment.
  • You have a high attention to detail and are a good problem solver.
  • IT savvy with the ability to learn complex programs quickly
