Day in-the-life of an Assistant Manager:
- Supporting the Store Manager in all areas of the business.
- Ensure that our customers are the forefront and leave with a great customer experience.
- Lead by example and empower your team through effective coaching and ongoing training.
- Manage and take full accountability of endtoend product management of the store.
- Drive sales to SMASH budgets and targets
- Manage daily highvolume stock and operations
- Be surrounded with all the products you know and love
- Be apart of a dynamic, supportive & collaborative team
About You:
- Big box/large format retail leadership background highly desirable
- Experience in a team leadership role of up to 25+ staff
- Mentoring and coaching skills and the ability to inspire their team.
- High stock volume management is essential.
- Passion for outdoors is highly desirable.
