The Opportunity
This position offers an excellent opportunity to work with the leadership team to enhance the people function throughout the precinct.
The role will be responsible for developing and implementing effective HR solutions that are aligned with the organization's people and culture strategic priorities, as well as providing guidance to all stakeholders within the business, while leading a small team.
Key areas of responsibility and accountability include:
- Oversee all organisational development strategies across the employee life cycle.
- Support the Board, CEO, ELT, and broader stakeholders by offering practical ER/IR advice at all levels.
- Accountable for the successful execution of all HR functions
- Business partnering role, collaborating with all areas of the organisation to align the people strategy with the overall business goals.
Expertise
To be considered for this position, you must have:
- Tertiary qualification in Human Resources or a similar discipline is required.
- Experience managing a team and influencing at the C-Suite level.
- High level knowledge of industrial relations and EBA negotiation experience
- Strategic and operational focus
- A passion for the arts
