WAREHOUSE LEADING HAND - BRISBANE QLD


Our client is a domestic fruit and vegetable supply chain and are looking for an Warehouse Leading Hand who is switched on and motivated for the job at hand and has a desire to climb the food chain, as this role gives you the chance to move to an Export Logistics Manager's position in the future.


Skills and Expectations

  • Be a Highly Motivated and Results Driven Individual
  • Managing and maintaining the warehouse to a high standard
  • Forklift Operation
  • Pallet control
  • Assisting with consolidation
  • Ongoing and clear communication with all personnel across bot export and domestic divisions
  • High level of computing skills
  • Coordination of freight
  • Daily review of stock levels
  • Processing of incoming and outgoing goods
  • Receival and dispatch
  • Quality control
  • Administrative tasks
  • Other duties as requested

Qualifications and Experience

  • Forklift License
  • Previous experience in warehousing
  • Previous experience managing others
  • Previous experience in the food industry
  • Good knowledge of MS systems and spreadsheets

Roster:
Monday to Friday


Pay rate:
$65,000 per year plus super and bonuses

- warehousing: 1 year (preferred)

- management/team leading: 1 year (preferred)
- food industry: 1 year (preferred)


Licence/Certification:
