We are looking for a HR Business Partner to join our Team to support our Government and Defence Division.

These activities will include, however not limited to workforce planning, organisational capability, change management, training and development, workplace investigations & grievances in line with company policies and procedures.
To be successful in this role, you will leverage strong business relations, have a desire to support the business grow and will have a track record of generalist experience and have the ability to communicate and coach effectively to all areas of the business, to ensure better outcomes on people related matters.
Qualifications3+ years human resources experience in a similar role Proven capability in managing grievances and investigations end to end with strong verbal and writing skills.
Strong knowledge and demonstrated application of Australian employment law and Modern Awards.Strong foundation in a broad range of contemporary HR principles & practices.
Well-developed interpersonal skills capable of engaging and building trusted relationships.
Capacity to work well under pressure with competing priorities and time constraints.
Tertiary qualification in Human Resources, Industrial Relations, Law or a business-related discipline.
