Our National Operations Centre is growing again, after a successful 12 months building the team to manage digital customer bookings from Bunnings and run outbound sales campaigns.


Our new role, the Sales Consultant (Internally titled Inside Sales Account Manager) is responsible for virtual account management of a portfolio of customers - engage with them regularly to explore opportunities to constantly increase revenue.


  • Key duties include:_
  • Actively manage your portfolio of customers, building strong trusted relationships and a deep understanding of your customers business that will enable you to drive increased revenue.
  • Be the key contact for your customer and Coates liaise across Coates departments to support customer sales, hire life cycle and their general enquiries and feedback
  • Build and maintain a deep understanding of Coates products and solutions in order to rigorously sell the right solution to your customers
This role is based full-time at our stylish new head office in Mascot. After 6 months probation, there will be the opportunity to WFH one day per week.

What you'll bring to the role

  • Additional experience required:_
  • B2B, Outbound or Sales experience essential
  • Sales, contact centre or similar environment
  • Working to targets and/or KPIs
  • CRM experience (Microsoft Dynamics
  • Desirable)
