About the Company
Davidson Technology are supporting a key commercial client based in Brisbane's northside. They are seeking an experienced Business Systems Lead to join the team on a permanent bases.

This is a great opportunity for a Business Analyst, System Analyst or Functional Consultant to move into a diverse senior role.

About the Role

Key Responsibilities include:

Team Leadership

Lead the team within Business Systems Centre, as well as provide training and build capability for other resources within wider teams, external partners and business where relevant
Assume accountability of the Business Systems teams and ensure that all aspects of the services are fully understood and documented

Business Process

Apply, maintain and refine business process definition, policy and procedures
Support the collection and analysis of end user feedback and other measurement data to identify, agree & implement improvements
Support business process end user training initiatives

Application Functionality

About You

To be successful, you will demonstrate:

Previous experience as a Business System Analyst or relevant role within large, complex organisations
Previous experience planning and documenting the business analysis approach, stakeholder analysis, business system analysis activities, business system analysis communication and requirements management processes
Engage and consult with business stakeholders for analysis of business requirements, functional requirements, business change impacts.

The Benefits
This is a permanent position, with the ability to start as soon as possible. This opportunity offers an attractive annual salary of $150,000 + Superannuation.

This role operates within the Aviation industry, to accommodate working with key stakeholders this role requires on 100% onsite working.
